The Opportunity

Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing/fire-protection services within the built environment, with an emphasis on sustainable design. Surveying and inspecting existing mechanical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems, as well as other energy-impacting components that impact building operations and energy consumption. Perform energy calculations and long-term sustainability analysis for construction upgrades to existing building systems. Reviewing the ongoing work of contractors for the completion of project activities (field and office) and preparing summary documentation (reports, correspondence, verbal communication) for Project Manager review.

Digital drafting, calculations, and design of construction projects and document preparation for Project Manager review. Role Responsibilities:
