Regional Plumber (Bay Area)

*We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and highly adaptable Regional Plumber to support multiple senior living communities across the Bay Area!*

This full-time role is ideal for a professional who excels in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of plumbing systems in both residential and light commercial settings. The Regional Plumber will travel between communities as needed and must have open availability, including weekends and holidays, to respond to urgent maintenance needs.

Position Overview

The Regional Plumber plays a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of our senior living environments. This individual will provide high-quality plumbing support across several buildings, address both routine and emergency repairs, and collaborate with onsite maintenance teams to maintain community standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drainage systems, and related equipment across assigned communities.
• Respond to urgent plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Conduct scheduled inspections to identify hazards, inefficiencies, or potential system failures.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate system layout and installation.
• Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with community maintenance teams and leadership to coordinate repairs, renovations, or plumbing-related upgrades.
• Document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and recommended follow-up actions.
• Assist with plumbing needs during unit turnovers, renovations, or community improvement projects.
