Residential Maintenance Technician (Plumbing Experience)

We are growing and looking for a new member to join our Residential Maintenance Team. Must have experience in maintenance in residential property management, a positive attitude, takes initiative, and likes to solve problems! Looking for someone with plumbing experience.

Responsibilities include

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances; inspecting, operating, or testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions; and preventative maintenance actions.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner.
• When necessary, collaborate with vendors and suppliers o diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system including recording type and cost of maintenance or repair, and track hours.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their maintenance concerns promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
