Residential Plumber (3+ years of experience)

Mammoth Services is looking for a full-time Residential Plumber to join our team in Gilbert, AZ!

This role will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners and residents. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including: Leaks, clogs, and pipe repairs, Toilets, faucets, valves, and fixtures, Water heaters (tank and tankless), Replace and Repair Garbage disposals and drain systems
• Perform plumbing installations and replacements as needed
• Read and interpret work orders
• Identify code compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Provide clear explanations of repairs and options to customers
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Document work performed, materials used, and photos in the work order system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (service and repairs)
• Valid driver’s license with a history of good driving
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
