Duties

• Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.
• Performs residential and light commercial service to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
• Be able to identify potential problems to prevent premature and/or unexpected breakdowns/call backs.
• Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures, test joints, and pipe systems.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to determine layout requirements.
• Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances or fixtures using hand or power tools.
• Maintain a properly clean and stocked service vehicle.
• Explains to the client each service performed each time a maintenance or repair is completed and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
• Debriefs with dispatch after completion of every job.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers.
• Respect a customer's property.
• be able to handle multiple things (drain cleaning, service plumbing, rough-ins, estimates.)
• be able to use hydro jets, cameras, and snakes.
• be pro efficient in plumbing and drain cleaning.

Skills

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform plumbing tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions,
