Plumbing Crew Leader / Excavation Crew LeaderMUST HAVE PRIOR PLUMBING EXPERIENCE

Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Plumbing Crew Leader to oversee excavation and underground plumbing projects. This is a working leadership position that requires hands-on plumbing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a crew while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.

This is NOT a general laborer or excavation-only position. Applicants must have experience installing, repairing, and connecting underground water and sewer lines and be able to perform the plumbing portion of the work.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, repairing, and connecting underground water and sewer lines and be capable of leading a crew while performing the plumbing work themselves when needed.

This position requires both field leadership and administrative responsibilities. The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing jobsite operations while ensuring all required paperwork, photos, and job documentation are completed accurately and submitted to the office.

Requirements

• Prior plumbing experience required.
• Knowledge of water, sewer, gas, and underground plumbing systems.
• Ability to independently install, repair, and connect underground water, sewer, and gas piping systems.
• Experience installing and repairing underground water service lines.
• Experience installing and repairing underground sewer service lines.
• Experience installing and connecting residential and commercial water service lines.
• Experience installing and connecting residential and commercial sewer service lines.
• Ability to perform underground plumbing tie-ins to existing systems.
• Ability to make plumbing connections, tie-ins, and system repairs.
