What You’ll Do

At Anthony PHCE, we believe in professionalism, technical skill, and doing things right the first time. As a Service Plumber, you’ll handle a variety of residential and commercial plumbing service calls while working in a stable, well-supported environment. • Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers
• Diagnose issues accurately and recommend solutions with integrity
• Educate customers on maintenance options and financing plans
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried service truck
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customer service, and team members
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in scheduled trainings, meetings, and professional development
• Mentor apprentices to support accuracy and skill growth across the team
• Provide exceptional customer service by treating each customer’s home with care, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction on every job

What You Bring to the Team

• 1+ years of plumbing service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and troubleshooting
