• Conduct pipe threading, welding, and assembly to ensure secure and efficient piping systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems and other plumbing components with mechanical knowledge.
• Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills and handyman experience to modify or upgrade existing plumbing infrastructure.
• Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or client premises.
• Document all work performed accurately, including detailed reports on repairs, installations, and inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a solid understanding of plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and mechanical components relevant to plumbing operations.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various environments including construction sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for commercial driving when required.
