• 5-10 years of verifiable plumbing experience
• Experience installing water heaters
• Experience installing garbage disposals
• Experience installing faucets
• Experience with drain cleaning
• Experience with general repairs
• All required hand tools
• Liability insurance
• A valid driver’s license
