Your Role

As a Service Plumber, you’ll:

• Perform diagnostic repair service calls. Mysterious leak in the ceiling? Toilet won’t stop running? Lawn flooding? You’re a plumbing detective! You’ll be the one to get to the bottom of plumbing problems, fixing things the right way so customers don’t have to worry about a thing.
• Address customer concerns and make sure they know they’re in good hands! Plumbing problems are scary, especially when you don’t know what’s going on. You’re a hero! Not only will you make sure the plumbing problems are taken care of, but you’ll help customers understand the process and feel good about their decision to trust Morris-Jenkins.
• Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers. You can focus on the things you do best and leave the big, time-consuming installs (water heater replacements, re-pipes, etc.) to the plumbing installation team. That way, you can move on to your next call, where you can let your strengths shine!

• You’ll have year-round stability with available overtime.
• You'll have NO on-call, and every 5 weeks, you get a *5-day weekend!*
• You won’t have a boss yelling at you here. You’ll be shown respect!
• We have several different paths experienced Service Plumbers can take based on their skills and personal preferences.

• You’re a great communicator. Remember when we said plumbing problems can be scary and stressful for people who don’t understand them? You’re patient and kind about explaining things to customers! You’re great at breaking down complicated technical things in ways they actually make sense.
