Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, drainage, and sewer issues efficiently.
• Install, repair, and replace water service lines, piping, fixtures, and plumbing components.
• Perform drain cleaning using snakes, hydro jetting, camera and locating equipment and other professional equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings when required.
• Ensure all work complies with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Safely perform minor excavation around underground utilities and existing infrastructure when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time worked.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential and commercial service.
• Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation. After-hours emergency service is a standard part of the position and a shared responsibility among our service technicians.
• Strong knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and industry best practices.
• Backflow tester certification a plus, if you don’t have it, we can get you certified.
