What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, fixtures, toilets, disposals, valves, water heaters, and pressure-related problems
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues accurately and recommend proper repair or replacement solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain findings clearly
• Complete work according to code, manufacturer standards, and company quality expectations
• Maintain clean and safe work areas while protecting customer property
• Document jobs accurately using ServiceTitan, including notes, photos, and recommendations
• Coordinate with dispatch to keep schedules and customers updated
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage as needed
