PAY

: $27–$35 per hour plus performance incentives and commission

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (installation focus preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixture installs
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SCHEDULE

: This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. Employees report to a central location each morning before heading to job sites.
