In the Field

* Run residential plumbing service and repair appointments with professionalism and efficiency

* Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and present clear, honest solution options

* Educate homeowners so they can make confident, informed decisions — no pressure, no shortcuts

* Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job, every time.

With Customers

* Build trust through transparency, clear communication, and genuine care for the homeowner's situation

* Support Home Care Club members with consistent, year-round service that keeps their homes running right

* Represent the Thornton & Grooms brand with the professionalism and integrity it has earned since 1937

On the Team

* Participate in ongoing technical, communication, and leadership training

What You Bring

* 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience

* Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred — but not required if your skills and attitude are there

* Strong customer communication skills and a genuine desire to help homeowners

* A passion for doing the job right and a commitment to honest recommendations

* Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
