Our team works a 4-day schedule, has NO on-call, and receives hands-on mentorship to grow into licensed plumbers and service technicians.

Our technicians work a staggered 4-day schedule (four 10-hour days) which includes:

• Three-day weekends every week
• Four consecutive days off built into the rotation
• Only one Saturday shift per month
• NO ON-CALL

As our team continues to grow, the Saturday rotation will become even less frequent.
