Job Description

Venture Rentals is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our apartment maintenance team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing plumbing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across multiple apartment communities. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and faulty fixtures.
• Install, replace, and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address emergency plumbing repairs promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber in residential or multi-family property maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in apartment or property management environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
