Plumber Levels Overview

We offer a progressive structure aligned with industry standards (currently seeking early journeyman to master/senior levels). All roles are safety-sensitive and require working in physically demanding conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending/lifting, standing/walking on uneven terrain or in confined spaces, safely climbing ladders/scaffolding).

Plumber II (Mid-Level / Advanced Apprentice or Early Journeyman)

For tradespeople building experience, ready for more hands-on technical work under supervision of a Plumber III or higher. Key Responsibilities:
