Counter Salesperson Responsibilities

Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding and meeting customer needs.* Assist customers by answering questions, processing sales orders, expediting backorders, and coordinating special or nonstock purchases/transfers. * Maintain thorough knowledge of warehouse layout, bin systems, and product types. * Pick and assemble customer orders within one hour of printing; handle all materials with care to prevent errors or damage. * Verify accuracy of orders to prevent shipping or inventory errors; clearly mark all pick-up orders with customer name and carton count. * Stage completed orders in designated bin locations and complete all required order/credit document...
