Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized CSR/Dispatcher to join our dynamic plumbing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication between our customers and technicians, facilitating smooth daily operations. This position requires a customer-focused mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing detailed service information.
• Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians to service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and technician schedules.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure the availability of resources and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor service progression and update customers on expected arrival times and any changes to schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to feedback and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the billing department to generate and process service invoices accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role, preferably within the plumbing or home services industry, is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Proficient in using scheduling and dispatch software - ServiceTitan, as well as Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
