Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher — Patriot Plumbing

Patriot Plumbing is a growing, locally-rooted company that treats our customers like neighbors and our team like family. We're looking for a sharp, dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to be the voice of our company and the engine that keeps our field techs running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and web leads with a friendly, professional attitude
• Book, schedule, and confirm service appointments
• Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, urgency, and skill set
• Manage the daily schedule and keep techs on track throughout the day
• Enter and update customer information and job details accurately (Housecall Pro experience a plus)
• Follow up with customers on quotes, scheduling, and satisfaction
• Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and a solution-first mindset
• Coordinate closely with the service manager and field team

What We're Looking For

• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Customer-focused attitude — you genuinely want to help people
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
• Prior dispatching, scheduling, or CSR experience preferred (home services / trades a big plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Knowledge of our service area is helpful
