### What You'll Be Doing

Your day will usually start Monday through Friday around 8am. You'll head out to jobs, diagnose drain issues, talk customers through what you're seeing, and do the work with the kind of craftsmanship that doesn't need excuses later.

Some days are straightforward. Some come with pressure, late calls, and customers who need help now. You'll need to stay calm, think clearly, use good judgment, and keep communication honest and direct every step of the way.
