Entry Level Outside Sales with plumbing & electrical eperience

A wholesale distribution company specializing in water pumps, filtration equipment, and related materials is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business across New York and Pennsylvania.

This is a field-based, contractor-to-contractor sales role, not an office position. The person in this role will work from home, travel within an assigned territory in NY and PA, and call on both new and existing customers using a provided customer list. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is personable, hardworking, organized, sales-driven, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career in an essential industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing contractor customers
• Travel throughout assigned territories in New York and Pennsylvania to make in-person sales calls
• Grow sales by identifying customer needs and recommending the right pump, filtration, and related product solutions
• Manage a provided customer list while also developing new business opportunities
• Represent the company professionally in the field and deliver strong customer service
• Work independently from home while managing your schedule, territory, and follow-up activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• At least 2+ years of plumbing and/or electrical experience preferred
• Background working with contractors or in the trades strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field sales role
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Coachable and open to training and development
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential
