Experienced Service Plumber Technician 30-40 per hour

We are currently seeking a Service Plumber Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Report on the work that was done including detailed description and photos, using Field Service Mgmt software on mobile phone
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years previous experience in maintenance or other related field or education/certification
• Familiarity with all aspects of plumbing maintenance tools and equipment
• Prefer experience with Field Services Mgmt software or similar application, but willing to train
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Willing to work nights and weekends on occasion
• Customer Service minded
• Clean DMV driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and criminal/credit background check prior to final employment commencement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
