Hotel (Full-Service) Plumber

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances across the hotel property
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing tasks
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete repairs and installations
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues before they escalate, ensuring safety and compliance with building codes
• Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials safely during maintenance or remodeling projects
• Assist with remodeling projects by providing plumbing expertise for new installations or upgrades
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for accountability and future reference

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, with a strong background in commercial or hospitality settings preferred
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and general mechanical principles related to plumbing operations
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site machinery safely
• Familiarity with field service procedures including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
