Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, following construction plans and schematics.
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to determine pipe layouts, fixture placements, and system configurations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble piping systems including gas piping.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for plumbing installation and repair.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while maintaining a focus on site safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and operational checks on plumbing fixtures, gas piping systems, and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and field service crews to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing installation and repair.
• Valid journeyman plumber license or close to taking test demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and practices.
