What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and code requirements
• Work independently or lead small crews as needed
• Coordinate with other trades and project supervision
• Maintain jobsite safety and workmanship standards
• Represent Contrast professionally on every jobsite

What We’re Looking For

• State of Michigan Journeyman Plumber License (required or near completion)
• Commercial plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
• Dependable, professional, and takes pride in clean work
• Willingness to mentor apprentices when needed
