Position Overview

We are hiring a skilled Journeyman Plumber (licensed in Indiana) to lead plumbing projects, collaborate with other trades, and ensure high-quality installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and remodeling jobs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial and some residential projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing layouts
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, and system layout work
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide practical, long-term solutions
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC techs, and other trades on job sites
• Work directly with clients to assess plumbing needs when necessary
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments
• Assist with fixture installation during remodels and build-outs

Requirements

• Current Journeyman Plumber License (Indiana) – *Required*
• 3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with tools/equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in varied environments
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
