Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent mechanical knowledge, and can effectively read blueprints. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks effectively.
• Conduct remodeling work as needed to upgrade existing plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during installations and repairs.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion on time.
• Manage heavy lifting tasks associated with the installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Experience in commercial driving may be beneficial for transporting tools and materials to job sites.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications related to plumbing work.
