Hours

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
  • Prepare invoices, estimates, and other paperwork
  • Maintain customer records and filing systems
  • Respond to emails and messages
  • Process payments and perform basic data entry
  • Order office supplies and assist with general office tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Quick-books, Microsoft Office and email
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry is a plus but not required
