Job Summary

As a Plumbing Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting customers in locating and purchasing plumbing materials, as well as providing product information and recommendations.

Pay for this Role

*$15.16 - $16.50 per hour depending on experience.*

Key Responsibilities

* Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized store appearance. * Receive, stock, and price merchandise according to company standards. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient manner. * Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers. * Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
