Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and welding tasks with precision to ensure leak-free connections.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work within project timelines.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on-site to identify issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist with remodeling projects by removing old fixtures and installing new plumbing components.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines.
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various construction environments.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and installation.
