Plumber

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for assisting with new installation and repairs of all plumbing fixtures. * Responsible for assisting in all underground installation and repairs. * Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repair of all HVAC unit systems. * Helps ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations. * Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. * Promotes outstanding customer relations. * Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Two (2) years experience in plumbing. * Must have a valid driver’s license. * Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty. * Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment. * Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time. * Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders and scaffolding. * Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change. * Must have strong verbal and communication skills. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
