Position Summary

The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
• Install water lines, drain lines, sewer systems, water heaters, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Perform plumbing rough-ins and finish work for remodeling and new construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper system operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with HVAC technicians and other team members.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
