Job Overview

Cool Heat KC is looking for a reliable, experienced Plumber / Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and represents the company professionally on every job.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to customers
• Work with water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (more preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman license (or working toward one)
• Experience with service calls and customer-facing roles
• HVAC experience is a plus but not required
