Plumber / Electrician – Multifamily Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced plumber, electrician, or someone skilled in both trades to handle repairs and maintenance at multifamily properties.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working under a licensed plumber or electrician and be confident handling common residential repairs independently.

Must be reliable, professional with tenants, have transportation, and be comfortable taking photos and communicating by phone.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
