Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failures.
• Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components into existing structures with precision.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to move pipes and materials around construction sites.
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC technicians to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on commercial or residential sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment involving heavy lifting.
