Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and remodeling projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing systems and implement effective solutions promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and general mechanical principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and building codes.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work.
• Experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks is advantageous.
