Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the MEP Plumbing Team , of the UX Sector , based remotely in New York but supporting the Miami team and have the opportunity to work on the designing plumbing & fire protection systems for Aviation, Transit and Commercial Building projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

* Converting engineer’s markups into working drawings * Understand, layout, and size the fundamental plumbing systems: storm, sanitary, vent, water, and gas. * Perform load calculations * Route plumbing systems and size appropriately * Prepare schedules, details, and fixture and equipment specifications * Understand the scope of SD, DD, CD level documents and be able to prepare and deliver drawings at the appropriate level Ability to manage and deliver revisions (ASI’s, etc) and sketches according to proper numbering convention *

What your experience looks like

• Ability to think in a 3D simulated environment
• 4+ years’ minimum experience in plumbing & Fire Protection design
• Strong REVIT MEP experience.
