Plumbing Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Plumbing Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the scheduling, dispatching, and communication for plumbing service teams. In this pivotal role, you will ensure timely and efficient deployment of technicians, optimize route planning using advanced transportation management systems, and maintain seamless communication with clients and field staff. Your proactive approach will help deliver exceptional service quality while supporting the overall efficiency of our plumbing operations.

Duties

• Coordinate daily dispatching of plumbing and sales force
• Communicate clearly with field teams, clients, and vendors through phone etiquette and professional communication skills to confirm appointments, relay instructions, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching within the plumbing trades.
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and using software platforms like Service titan is preferred .
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity for analysis-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.22 - $32.79 per hour
