Plumbing Foreman

Now Hiring Experienced Foreman Commercial Plumbers

Seeking Individuals experienced in new construction, tenant improvements & remodels. Projects will require layout and installation of cast iron, PVC and ABS sewer, vent and roof drain piping. Layout and installation of copper, CPVC and PEX water distribution piping. Threading, layout and installation of steel gas piping. Assembly, installation and start up of various plumbing fixtures, equipment and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work activities and manpower assignments to meet project deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Verify all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and other trades.
• Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of the project.
• Track and report daily progress, time, and materials used.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and journeymen to develop skills and maintain productivity.
• Enforce company safety policies and conduct regular job-site safety meetings and inspections.
• Identify potential issues or delays and proactively resolve them to maintain workflow.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and secure at the end of each workday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
