Plumbing Helper / Apprentice

We're a growing, family-owned plumbing company looking for a hardworking, dependable Plumbing Helper who is eager to learn the trade and build a long-term career. If you're not afraid of hard work and want to gain hands-on experience with experienced plumbers, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbing technicians on residential and commercial service calls
• Dig trenches and assist with excavation when needed
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Help maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
• Learn how to operate sewer inspection cameras
• Learn hydro jetting equipment and drain cleaning techniques
• Assist with plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous trade or construction experience required (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general construction, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to work in crawl spaces and dig when required
• Reliable transportation
• Valid California driver's license preferred
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
