Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment across various construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Perform assembly tasks for piping systems, ensuring secure connections and compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, and related mechanical systems.
• Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components into existing structures while adhering to building codes.
• Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair work, demonstrating physical strength and proper technique.
• Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site.

Experience

• Proven field service experience in commercial or residential construction environments with a focus on plumbing installation and repair. Minimum 5 years experience preferred.
• Skilled in plumbing techniques including pipe threading, schematics reading, and system troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of techniques relevant to pipe joining and system fabrication.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, carpentry basics, remodeling projects, and general maintenance tasks.
