• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements
• Conduct plumbing inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Operate standard and some specialized plumbing tools and machines
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan
• Collaborate with construction teams to interpret schematics, coordinate installation schedules, and ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

• Proven experience with plumbing installation and repair in commercial or residential settings
• Hands-on experience with construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, remodeling, and assembly
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, schematics, and plumbing inspection cameras
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
