Plumbing Service Technician

This position focuses on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and minor plumbing repairs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, and showers
• Troubleshoot water heaters, including identifying error codes and replacing faulty parts
• Perform minor repairs and service work; assist with or complete full installations when needed
• Identify and communicate additional service opportunities to customers (optional upselling opportunity)
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work
• Provide excellent customer communication and service on every call

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to customers
• Experience with both service and installation work preferred
• Ability to upsell or make minor sales is preferred

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to work in confined spaces and residential environments.

· Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders as required.

· Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Pay: $28.64 - $34.49 per hour
