Job Summary

The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate recommended solutions to homeowners. Technicians are expected to perform high-quality workmanship, adhere to all safety and plumbing codes, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every service call..

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing repair and installation.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as safety procedures and practices.
• Hold valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Work alongside a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and installations, and communicate with clients to ensure that they understand the work that needs to be done.
• Prepare accurate estimates and present repair, replacement, and upgrade solutions that meet customer needs.
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Identify and repair leaks and blockages in plumbing systems.
• Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment, including drain snakes, pipe cutters, and wrenches.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring that all work is completed to their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including billing, inventory, and project documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and ensure that all team members are trained on safety procedures.
• Promote company maintenance programs
