Overview

We are seeking a motivated Plumbing Trainee/Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Lynnwood location. This position offers hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair within a fast-paced environment. Ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow their skills in the trades.

Duties

• Work directly with and take direction from a licensed plumber
• Assist with load/unload equipment, parts, tools and other raw materials into company vehicle to prepare for daily jobs.
• Assist with all aspects of the plumbing job at the direction of your lead.
• Help control inventory by not wasting products.
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product installed.
• Keep customers’ home clean and free of damage.
• All other duties as assigned
• Complete plumbing job logs, complete CEU’s, and maintain plumbing trainee card in good standing until able to test
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Support pipe threading, cutting, and fitting processes under supervision
• Help with remodeling projects, fixture installations, and routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on site
• Follow safety protocols at all times while gaining practical field service experience

Experience/Skills Requirements

• Willing to learn and become familiar with current plumbing codes
• Must be able to perform under pressure and work with minimal guidance, be a self-starter
• Must be organized and thorough with attention to detail
• Must be comfortable in crawl spaces, attics, and ladders
