Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems in residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local building codes.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Adhere to local building codes and regulations during all phases of installation and maintenance work.
• Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems seamlessly into existing structures while ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Heavy lifting of materials like water heaters is often required; maintain safety protocols at all times on construction sites.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections completed on a digital invoice.

Experience

• Proven work history with a focus on residential plumbing projects.
• Hands-on experience with construction plumbing installations, repairs, and remodeling tasks.
• Knowledge of local building codes related to water systems, drainage, and plumbing safety standards.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing assembly tools efficiently.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate installations.
• Valid driver’s license needed.
