Residential Plumbing Service Technician

RotoTech Plumbing Contractors is growing and we are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. We are a fast paced, customer focused plumbing company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Southwest Florida. Position Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing service experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues efficiently
• Experience with water heaters, toilets, faucets, drain cleaning, leak detection, and repipes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work in various environments

Compensation

• Hourly pay between $20 and $35 based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs for residential and commercial customers
• Communicate clearly with office staff and customers
• Document work performed in Housecall Pro
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Participate in on call rotation (if applicable)
• Provide exceptional customer service on every job
