Residential Service Plumber

Duties

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewage lines
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and soldering techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while following proper safety protocols
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems to identify root cause.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Mechanical knowledge related to pipe threading, soldering, drain cleaning, and general construction practices
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, carpentry skills, and basic math for measurements and calculations
• Experience working on construction sites with exposure to remodeling or assembly projects
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license
