Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and light commercial properties
• Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer stoppage services
• Troubleshoot water, drain, and sewer systems
• Identify and recommend necessary repairs to customers
• Prepare estimates and explain repair options
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Follow all company safety procedures and local plumbing codes
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with residential plumbing repairs and installations
• Knowledge of drain cleaning equipment and procedures
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
